When a lease ends or a floor is being reconfigured, we assess what you have, separate what holds value from what does not, and handle the rest — including the electrical and cabling work most vendors leave to you.
Resale assessment
We walk the floor and identify items with positive resale value — systems furniture, task seating, filing, tables and ancillary pieces that buyers are actively looking for. You get a realistic return estimate before anything moves.
Donation coordination
Items that do not have resale value but are still serviceable go to nonprofits and schools rather than a landfill. We coordinate the pickup and provide documentation for the contribution.
Electrical disconnects
Our licensed electricians handle panel disconnects, circuit de-energization and equipment removal so power infrastructure comes out cleanly and the building accepts the space back without issue.
Cabling removal
Our cabling technicians pull data and voice runs back to the server closet, label what is live and remove what is not, leaving the plenum and walls clear for the next tenant.
If you are facing a lease expiration, a floor reduction or a full decommission, reach out early. The more lead time we have, the more of the asset value we can recover.
